Product Description
SF6 gas is recycled in one of three ways:
- Recycled and stored as gas
- Recycled, liquefied at high pressure, and stored as liquid to
minimize volume storage
- Recycled, liquefied at low pressure with assisted cooling, and
similarly stored
Models range from low capacity, compact hand carts for ease of
mobility, using high pressure, direct oil-free liquefaction,
through medium capacity, gas only servicers for indoor substation
use, to large capacity, low pressure assisted cooling liquefaction,
trailer mounted carts for mobile servicing.
All Cryoquip gas recycling carts are full-service regardless of
their size, configuration or method of operation and all carry
'on-board' gas scrubbing filtering systems to improve the quality
of the SF6 gas. Cryoquip offers the widest range of gas carts in
the industry, but are able to configure carts to suit any
particular preferences or application requirement.
All Cryoquip gas recycling carts are fitted with high capacity
regenerative dryers, which ensures exceptionally dry gas after
processing. In addition, Cryoquip offers two inlet gas
scrubber/filters, the model F*5 or F3, which are recommended for
use when the gas is known to be used or decomposed following a
fault interruption.
